The house has 2 large bedrooms the master bedroom has a walk in robe, open plan lounge dining and kitchen. The house is built of bagged and painted concrete block on extra heavy footings with a 12mm steel rod in a concrete column every 800mm tying in to the top plate; roof pitch is 25 deg with bull nose veranda at 5 deg.

 The entire house is Air-conditioned with new reverse cycle split systems 1Hp in each bedroom and a 2.5 Hp system supplying the rest of the house. Internal ceilings are all 3mt high with ornate cornices in lounge room, dining room and kitchen, the fire place is set in the wall between dining and lounge room it consists of a 3mt high panel of pink and grey granite the hearth is surrounded by antique rose and leaf tiles supported by hand forged framing, the mantle is 3in thick blue gum supported by hand forged scroll work, the grate is hand forged from 1in by 1in iron bar. All internal walls are concrete block with Kitchen, lounge room; dining room and hallway walls sheeted in gyprock the rest of the internal walls are textured by light bagging and painted the same colour as the rest of the internal walls in Dulux porcelain.  Bathroom has shower and full-size bath and basin, all external windows and doors have been changed to sliding alloy in November 2004.  External laundry door is solid red cedar aprox 120 year old the 3 internal doors are 120-year-old QLD maple.

Total area under roof is aprox 207sq mt we commenced building about 20 years ago 

 The dimensions are front veranda 18.5 mt long end verandas each11.2 mt long veranda width 2.5 mt
